No Election Required...... 09/04 The period for nominating candidates for the position of Deputy President and Vice President of the Chartered Institute expired on 24th March 2006. Since there is only one nomination from the North West Branch, there is therefore no need for an election within the Branch on this occasion. The candidate from the North West Branch is our Branch Chairman, Kevin Hayes, who has been nominated by Paul Jensen. Subject to approval of the voting arrangements, there will be a Congress held later in the year at which an election will take place. One candidate from each of the Branches or regions of the Institute across the world is expected to be standing for election. Good luck Kevin!
